Out-of-District Memberships

Even if you do not live in the library's district, you are part of the WSPL community! We're here for all our neighbors, no matter which side of the river you call home. 

We offer two types of out-of-district annual memberships: Local Access and Full Access.  The fees for the 2024-2025 year are listed below:

Local Access Library Card                 

Annual cost: $40.00

Cardholders can only use the three branches of Western Sullivan Public Library. 

Cardholders can only borrow materials from the three branches of the Western Sullivan Public Library. 

Full Access Library Card                   

Annual cost: $93.92

Library card may be used at any of the 47 libraries in the Ramapo Catskill Library System located in Sullivan, Orange, Ulster, and Rockland counties.

Cardholders can request materials from all RCLS libraries.

All members of the household applying for membership will be covered under the annual cost.  Each member of the household is required to complete a registration card if one is not on file.
