WSPL in collaboration with “Growing Older Together” Celebrates 15 Years of the Village-to-Village Network Movement with renowned author Dr. Atul Gawande

Join Growing Older Together, Inc. (GOT) and Western Sullivan Public Library for a live webinar featuring Dr. Atul Gawande, renowned surgeon, public health researcher and author of the bestselling Being Mortal:  Medicine and What Matters in the End.  The event will take place Monday, September 25th at 4:30pm at the Tusten-Cochecton Branch of the Western Sullivan Public Library.

The webinar’s conversation, entitled “Being Mortal’s Villages:  The Value of Community and Choice as We Grow Older,” will feature a discussion on aging, living life with purpose, and how we can transform the possibilities for the later chapters of everyone’s lives.   Light refreshments will be served.
